Is your favorite Congressman or Senator soft on crime if they fail to enforce our

or are they just admitting that they prefer a two tier sysem of Justice in America.
President Obama, Attorney General Holder and all of our Congressmen and Senators
took an Oath Of Office on the Bible and pledged to defend our Constitution and enforce our Federal Laws.
If they refuse to enforce our Federal Law on Torture, are they Soft On Crime
or did they just Lie To Us when they took their Oath Of Office?

President Obama said "No one is above the law", but his Attorney General Holder is
only investigating those CIA Agents in the field who put the Torture Memo Policies
into actual practice. Holder is ignoring all those that ordered torture, including
Bush and Cheney and their co-conspirators, the Office of Legal Counsel's Torture Memo Lawyers.
Conspiracy To Torture is a Federal Capital Crime & Obama is Ignoring It!
On February 11, 2008, then U.S. Sen. Barack Obama (D-IL) made a campaign stop at College Park, MD.
This was the day before the Democratic presidential primary in Maryland. At this event, Sen. Obama promised
a cheering audience at the Comcast Center: "I will bring this [Iraq] war to a close. In 2009, I will bring our
troops home. It is time for the Iraqis to stand up and stabilize their country. We cannot have a permanent
occupation in Iraq...We are going to close Guantanamo and restore Habeas Corpus...No more FEMA Justice...
We are going to have...a Justice Department that believes in Justice.
And, you will elect a president who has taught the Constitution, and believes in the Constitution and
will obey the Constitution of the United States of America."
Doesn't that include enforcing the Federal Torture Laws that flow from the Constitution?
Are Obama and our Congressional Democrats purposely allowing the statute of limitations
to run out so they can avoid having to deal with torture prosecution of the higher ups in the
Bush Adminsitration that Conspired To Torture and obviously Violated Federal Torture Laws.
